Yes. Sliding scale option is only available for those who have a financial need. I offer a sliding scale at a limited capacity and can only offer it if I have slots available.

I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider who does not bill directly through insurance. However, if you know that your insurance provides some reimbursement for OONs, I can provide a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance. You can contact your insurance provider to inquire about your OON benefits or use the Mentaya tool below to check yourself. Therapy sessions are 50 minutes for both telehealth and in-person.

Yes. Your are responsible for payment of the fee of 50.00 dollars for any missed session(s) if you failed to give the therapist at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellation notice should be left on therapist's phone number at 424-458-2420 in the form of a voicemail, text message or an email notification should be sent to rosaportillo.mft@gmail.com as acceptable forms of notice.
