Out-of-Network Benefits
I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider who does not bill directly through insurance. However, if you know that your insurance provides some reimbursement for OONs, I can provide a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance. You can contact your insurance provider to inquire about your OON benefits or use the Mentaya tool below to check yourself.
I've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim, which includes handling any paperwork required, dealing with denials, and calling insurance companies. They guarantee claims are successfully submitted, or a full refund of their fees. Use this tool provided to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
